Sales are up in the East by .84% in November YTD 2007 with 2,271 single-family homes sales recorded in MLS as compared to 2,252 last year.

        Contracts written year-to-date have increased by 5.1% or a total of 1,855 units recorded in MLS as pending contracts in November YTD 2007 as opposed to 1,765 last year.

        Listings are up over this time last year by 343 units or 29.98%.  There are currently 1,487 homes on the market in the area.

        Average sales price is down over last year [.21%] and currently stands at $101,297.  The median price is $97,450 and is up 1.51% over last years median sales price.

        The area has 7.7 months of inventory, whereas last year there was 6.1 months of inventory.  The average price per square foot is $60 and days on market to sell a home are 77, which is up from last years 72.
