- Listings are up over this time last year by 342 units or 29.77%. There are currently 1,491 homes on the market in the area.
- Average sales price is down over last year [.89%] and currently stands at $100,843. The median price is $96,000 and is even with 2006’s median sales price.
- The area has 7.5 months of inventory, whereas last year there was 5.9 months of inventory. The average price per square foot is $59 and days on market to sell a home are 89, which is up from last years’ 77.
