• Contracts written, a better indicator of buyer demand, are down by 4.78% from this time last year with 438 homes receiving contracts year-to-date.
• Listings in the West Center Inner Loop currently stand at 506 units and that figure is up from 2006 by 20 units, or 4.12%.
• Average sales price is up by 17.24% from 2006 and is currently $625,640. This is the second highest increase in average sales price in the city of Houston. The highest is West Memorial at 29%. The median sales price, where half the homes that sold are above and half the homes are below the median, is up 10.03% and are currently $385,000.
